Thunderbird release page lists 115.10.2 as latest thunderbird, but no upgrade of the local installed thunderbird 115.10.1

Steps to reproduce:

Install Thunderbird 115.10.1 then "Menu -> Help -> About Thunderbird ..."

Actual results:

Thunderbird reports it is up to date

Expected results:

Install the updates from 115.10.1 to 115.10.2

Since the update from 115.10.1 to 115.10.2 seems only to add "esr" maybe 115.10.1 and 115.10.2 are identical?

It should update.

This seems to be lags between servers
