User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.0.2) Gecko/20021216 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.0.2) Gecko/20021216 Hi, today, my mail server is not reachable and this happens: First I check for new mail and then I immediately open a web browser window and load any webpage. After some time an error message pops up saying "the mail server is down etc.". I click "ok" in this error message but the mail window still stays focused. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Configure a wrong mail server setting so that the server is not reachable 2. Check for new mail 3. Open a web browser window 4. Wait until an error message pops up 5. Click "ok" in the error message window 6. See that the mail window still stays focused Expected Results: I expect that Mozilla steals the focus (error message) but then gives it back to where it was (web browser) so that I can continue browsing where I was. It's not a bug in functionality, but I am asking for good usability here.
This is true for at least all Windows OSes. I'd rather say the severity is minor, isn't it? Confirming.

As I said: No functionality is broken, but bad usability is buging the users as well. If something does not wok, I know that after I tried the first time and I won't use the function anymore. If usability is broken, it costs me several seconds/mouse clicks everytime and I can't do anything about it. Therefore, I suggest NOT to treat it as a MINOR bug. But thatis only my point of view and I am somebody who says: Functionality is 50% and usability is the other 50%.
