if i want to import the adressbook using \tools\import\adressbook\outlook th
ebrowser starts activity but after a little while it comes back with NO
ADRESSBOOK found. What is ther solution as using crv import is a pain in the back,

for outlook I do have 2 user accounts is that the reason why because I can't
choose one within the import wizard ??

Does your address book have international characters (non-ASCII) in it? 

If so, can you import Outlook 2002 address books with only ASCII characters?
