• Android 13 - Google Pixel 4
• Android 13 - Samsung Galaxy A32
• Android 11 - Motorola g10

[Prerequisites]:

• The phone language is set to either Simplified or Traditional Chinese.
• Have the Firefox Release 125.3.0 build installed.
• You are enrolled in the “Viewpoint Android May 2024 Launch” experiment.
• At least 24h have passed after enrolling in the experiment.

[Steps to reproduce]:

1. Open the browser from the prerequisites.
2. Observe the behavior.

[Expected result]:

• The Viewpoint Survey message is displayed.

[Actual result]:

• The new tab is displayed.

This issue is also reproducible in the "Viewpoint Android 2025 Rolling" and "Viewpoint iOS 2025 Rolling" rollouts.

This issue is also reproducible on iOS. Issue was encountered using Firefox Release 136.0 (51331) using a iOS 16.2, iPhone 12 Pro device.
