Steps to reproduce:

  1. In the system app settings, disallow the background usage of Firefox (to make the PWA easily suspended)
  2. Open a PWA from the home screen
  3. Return to the home screen
  4. Open some heavy apps to make sure Firefox is suspended
  5. Tap the icon of that PWA app on the home screen

Actual results:

The app flashes, and it goes back to the home screen immediately

Expected results:

The PWA should be shown as what it was before Firefox was suspended, or it should open and load the web page again
