189616 - Browser hangs when setting default browser as mozillla on startup

Custom install of Mozilla 1.0.2; Browser and Personal Security installed
When mozilla starts it asks me if I want to make it the preferred browser. I 
click ok and it hangs :/ I try to do something on the same screen and Windows 
XP reports the application is not responding and asks if I want it closed. I 
say yes and it forces the application to go away and makes a report to 
Microsoft.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start Browser
2. Click YES when asked about default browser
3.

Actual Results:  
Do you want to make Mozilla the default browser?
Click YES

Expected Results:  
Changed default browser preference and then starts.

If you click NO then Mozilla starts fine

This may not occur in later version but since you are trying to make 1.0.2 a 
stable release it is relevant.
