Opening about 20 tabs, and pressing Ctrl+Shift+Tab, I did crash it. (my case
could be related to bug 162283). I have submitted TalkBack TB16339965H

(Using Linux 2003011722, Celeron 800Mhz with 256 MB RAM)

I think this has been my only browser crash. I have talkback incidents:

It has indeed a connection with bug 162283 (the Ctrl+Shift+Tab one), but there's
something new: opening A LOT of tabs in the background (without changing current
tab) causes the latest ones not to show anything (they are greyed out and they
can't be closed).
So there are two bugs here: the Ctrl+Shift+Tab one and the lot-of-tabs one.

please do not create Talkback ID, submit only Talkback IDs that were created
when Mozilla crashed, which then launched the Netscape Feedback Agent.

I always do and will do that; I only submit the talkback ID that is offered to
be sent when Mozilla crashes.
What can I do to get the stack? The bug is 100% reproducible on my machine.
linux talkback is busted and always creates empty or bogus stacks. see bug 176886
bug 156405 comment 30 also mentions tab #17: coincidence ?
Sorry for my comment 7, I also crashed 6 times yesterday closing tabs on Linux
and it never showed up in the Topcrashers' list besides as a 'MISSING-SIGNATURE'.
I think this is also a duplicate of bug 156405
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:1.2.1) Gecko/20021130

I am unable to connect to talkback5.netscape.com at the moment... Windows says
"Error in appshell.dll at location 0167:618b5a6e".

Confirming crash, even with javascript disabled. I will test with 1.3 when it is
released.

Shill, please don't report TB ID with 1.2.1, use 1.3b or latest nightly build.

I cannot reproduce the crash anymore. I assume that this bug is indeed a
duplicate of bug 156405 which was fixed 2 weeks ago.

I suppose this bug should be marked either DUPLICATE or WORKSFORME.
I just installed the 1.3 beta and YES there are no crashes.

BUT WAIT!

Now when visiting that site, tabs 18 and beyond are BLANK! Whats more, they
cannot be closed using "close tab" on the popup menu, or the close icon at the
right.

Tom,

The last 10 comments for bug 156405 mention that problem, I think. See bug 193011.
This is fixed in 1.3 and trunk, reopen if still crashing.
