Steps to reproduce:

1. Maximize Firefox window
2. Open https://learn.microsoft.com/zh-cn/windows-hardware/drivers/install/whql-release-signature
3. Scroll to bottom

Actual results:

Bottom bar display incorrect. It seems caused by Firefox couldn't scroll to bottom.

Expected results:

This bug shouldn't appear.

Any. Including scroll bar, Gesturefy, "End" key. By the way, this bug even happens after I create a new profile.

I have not been able to reproduce this. I'm going to mark it as an S3 since, as far as I can tell, the issue does not interfere with any of the page's functionality (e.g. the links in the bottom bar are not cut off).
