"Don't ask me again" is only displayed the second time the "Set as default browser" prompt is activated from the onboarding

Steps to reproduce
- Have a clean build, but don't have Firefox as default browser.
- Open the app and check the list from the system prompt to set as default browser.
Expected behavior
Below the list of browsers that can be selected as default, there's a "Don't ask again" checkbox.
Actual behavior
The "Don't ask again" checkbox is not displayed on the first opening of the app.
Device information
- Firefox version: Nightly 128.0a1
- Android device model: Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra
- Android OS version: Android 14
Any additional information?
The "Don't ask again" checkbox is displayed on the second opening of the app, and each time after that.
Also reproducible with a Google Pixel 7 (with a beta version of Android 15).
