Preconditions

• Install the Firefox es-MX build
• Set browser.search.region to US in about:config
• Use MX VPN to test

Steps to reproduce

1. Log into www.amazon.com.mx , add an item to cart and navigate to checkout page
2. Fill in the necessary address details to reach the CC form
3. Fill in the CC form and press the submit button

Expected result

• The "Save CC" doorhanger is displayed.

Actual result

• After the "Save Credit Card" doorhanger is displayed, the "Save Password" doorhanger appears as well.

• I was unable to reproduce this issue in Google Chrome or with the en-US Nightly build.
