Logs are in dataproc https://console.cloud.google.com/dataproc/jobs/bhr-collection-child_07e7a16a/monitoring?region=us-west1&project=airflow-dataproc

It's likely an out of memory error and I'll see if I can work on this in the next infra day. Closing this since it's working again and it's fine if it fails occasionally.
