Details
When loading the home page (standard one - mozilla notes) I tried to enlarge the window - but nothing happened until the page loaded. The logo animation didn't move either.

reassign it to browser component (maybe it is a layout problem). animation has no feedback is a known bug.

gthompson, please retry this with a recent build and provide some more specific info on the timing and exactly how you are attempting to resize the window. I've tried to repro this on WinNT, Linux RH 6 and Mac OS 8.5.1 with 20000112 builds and have seen no problems. I was actually surprised! I can maximize/minimize/tile stretch, grow, and shrink the window arbitrarily and repeatedly at any point while loading a slow/long page w/o any problems.

This occurs with M13 as well.. any time it's reloading or loading a page, and you resize the browser, the page will be initially painted with the size of the original size of the window, and is then reflowed to the new size of the window.
