Details

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; WinNT4.0; en-US; rv:1.0.2) Gecko/20021216 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; WinNT4.0; en-US; rv:1.0.2) Gecko/20021216 I unchecked the Option: "hide the tab bar when only one tab is open" in Preferences/Navigator/Tabbed browsing When I "close" the only remaining tab with the little "x" in the tab bar, the bar disapears. When i then close Mozilla and start it again, the tab-bar is hidden even if the option in the preferences is unchecked. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Uncheck "hide the tab bar when only one tab is open" 2. Click on the "x" in the tab bar 3. Close Mozilla 4. Open it again Actual Results: Tab bar is hidden Expected Results: Tab bar should be displayed according th preferences
Unfortunately the pref isn't forgotten. Rather, there's a second 'pref' which overrides it. The X on the last tab is equivalent to view -> show/hide -> tab bar. A truly horrible idea. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 154849 ***
