Steps to reproduce:
Seems to happen quite randomly, often without any key input at all.
Actual results:
Firefox starts to go back my tabs page history until reaching the new tab menu. Changing tabs affects the new tab as well. Continues until restarting firefox.
Expected results:
Nothing, quite literally.

Hello, thank you for the bug report!
Unfortunately I could not reproduce your issue. Would you be so kind as to answer a few questions so we can investigate this further?
- Can you provide any url/website where you’ve seen this issue happening? Is it intermittent?
- Does it happen with a new profile? Here is a link on how to create one: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profile-manager-create-remove-switch-firefox-profiles
- Does it happen with latest nightly? Here is a link from where you can download it: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/channel/desktop/
- Does it happen when Firefox is in Troubleshoot Mode? Here’s a link on how to enable it: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/diagnose-firefox-issues-using-troubleshoot-mode#w_how-to-start-firefox-in-troubleshoot-mode

- It seems to happen on ANY website that is not built into firefox.
- Yes I tried with 2 profiles as well as a new one with only default settings (besides uBlock origin).
- I will try this and give a further response, currently I am using my package managers package.
- Yes, I added an attachment "temp.txt" containing the raw troubleshoot data.

Could you please test with a different keyboard, and eventually even a different keyboard layout? We suspect it may be a stuck key.
Which window manager are you using?

I sadly do not have a different keyboard, but I'm quite certain it's not a stuck key.
I am using dwm with alpha patch, I can't for sure confirm it's not what causes this but other applications that feature "previous" keys don't seem to have this bug, I don't use them much tho.
