We will benefit from centralizing all things as it relates to in-product messages. Let's work with Content Design to claim a space on the Skylight page for relevant information links and supporting body copy.

As someone interested in finding key messaging resources, I should be able to navigate to them from the main Skylight page easily, so I have a single place to get started. This is a P1 because we're starting the OMC Road Show later this week, and we'd like to have it available later in the week as we demo to other teams.

Acceptance criteria:

• dropdown menu box at the top-right of the Skylight screen with a small number of key links (we can add more later, possibly on a Mana page).
• I'd suggest using the ShadCN UI NavigationMenu affordance, perhaps with single dropdown to start.
• Content: these links, perhaps with explanatory text (at your discretion):
  • General Info & Getting Help
  • Messaging Surfaces
  • Detailed Technical Documentation
  • Looker Top 20 Messages Dashboard
• File a follow-up bug to iterate on this (iterated explanatory text, perhaps other links, feedback from the first impl...)
