1898205 - Resizing inner panes in Dev tools does not work via Wacom tablet

Steps to reproduce:

When I open Dev Tools in desktop Firefox (Win 11)
And I want to resize inner panes in the dev tools via the Wacom Intuos PRO M tablet (PTH-651)
Then resizing gets stuck and I cannot resize the inner pane.

Check out the gif. Resizing the outer pane works, but resizing the inner pane is stuck or slightly jumps a bit. The "event of resizing" sort of stays within the pane and I cannot use dev tools from that moment on. If I want to continue with the inspection, I have to close the tab, then open the tab again, open the dev tools, and avoid resizing inner panes. Actually, when this happens, and this always happens, it's been happening for a while, I just open a different browser for inspection.

Expected results:
