When opening Firefox 126.0 (64-bit) in Windows, I see new tab with two "add shortcut" tiles.
One is the real "add shortcut" tile, and the second one is a Wikipedia tile when I click on it.
After opening a new tab again, or opening a new window, this issue is not there anymore. Only when Firefox starts.
Expected behavior:
- User opens Firefox
- Only see one tile " add shortcut"
