Thanks :leplatrem. I get a 404 for the Github Pull request link. Visiting https://remote-settings.mozilla.org/v1/admin/#/ while connected to the VPN returns a 403 error for me. Was the PR approved?

Apparently you didn't have the proper LDAP groups to access. This should be fixed now. I'm sorry for the delay :(
