Steps to reproduce:

Start Thunderbird 115.7.0 without an Internet connection.

Actual results:

Thunderbird freezes after the popups of it couldn't connect to servers. You must force quit it and start it again.

Expected results:

The interface should be responsive also when no Internet connection.

Does this also reproduce in version 128?

Since I reported the defect, I have deleted my profile and started over. Still I tried to reproduce the error, but with no luck(In reply to Wayne Mery (:wsmwk) from comment #1)
