Steps to reproduce:

  1. Set up a task with a reminder for when the task begins.
  2. Switch to the main Calendar tab with the "Tasks" list visible on the right sidebar.
  3. Minimize Thunderbird (to system tray).
  4. Wait for reminder to appear.
  5. Clear the reminder and restore the Thunderbird window.

Actual results:

The newly active tasks do not appear in the "Tasks" list. They only appear after switching to the Tasks tab and back to the Calendar tab.

Expected results:

The new tasks should appear in the Calendar tab when the Thunderbird window is restored.
