Some of the tabs the down scroll arrow will exist, others it won't. Sometimes I'm able to click directly below the up arrow and have the screen scroll... even though the arrow is completely not there. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Closing the browser and restarting doesn't help 2. Rebooting computer doesn't help 3.
