User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Android 11; Mobile; rv:128.0) Gecko/128.0 Firefox/128.0
Steps to reproduce:
An example site is: https://radio.garden. The website icon appears in the tab tray, but does not appear when we access the lock (security), only a square with the name of the website appears, without the website icon.
Actual results:
The icon does not appear in the lock access menu (security).
Expected results:
The icon should also appear in the lock (security) menu.

I tested a few reputable websites such as Mozilla.com, Amazon.com and I see the favicon in ETP so I have a strong feeling this bug is rather website dependent. My guess is that the favicon for some websites such as radio.garden is possibly not available over secure connection. There is not much we can do about that sadly.
