189994 - Create despot partition for beos

Description

[hacker formerly known as [e-mail]]

Since http://www.mozilla.org/owners.html is autogenerated now, we need to create
a despot partition for the beos-specific gfx & widget modules so that the port
owners show up on the owners page.

Paul Ashford <[e-mail]> should be listed as the owner.
The partition should contain the directories:
mozilla/gfx/src/beos
mozilla/widget/src/beos

I can't find a cvs account for Paul.  We generally want owners to have cvs
access.  How about getting a bug started for that, and making it block this bug?

Sorry, I dropped an h (the one after the p ;-).  All set now.  Paul, you should
be able to add peers and members, set doc links, etc., via
http://despot.mozilla.org/

i tried logging into the site with my bugzilla account/password, and it was denied.  Also, is the secure version of despot down?  I get errors trying to access it.

I'm not sure what's wrong with the https: despot -- last I recall, we needed a
new cert, or something like that.  Cc'ing myk.

Paul, use your cvs email (with @, not %, of course) and password, not your
bugzilla password.

well, I seem to have lost the original email that contains my password for cvs.
 I have had to actually enter it in at least 2 years :-)

So, I guess I need a new cvs password or something?  Brendan?
