Details
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:126.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/126.0
Steps to reproduce:
Use FF for a while, nothing special, put PC into sleep is something I do regularly but I can't tell whether that has anything to do with the issue.
Actual results:
After a while, suddenly browser tabs can't be moved within the window anymore. Also, moving tabs to other windows doesn't work anymore. I basically can't "pick them up" anymore with my mouse, at all.
Expected results:
Moving tabs within or between windows should always work

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Core::Widget: Gtk' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.
