190045 - block images needs to show confirmation dialog

Since there's no way to see WHAT YOU'RE ACTUALLY DOING when you click "Block
images from this server", Mozilla *needs* to show a confirmation dialog that
says something like:

Do you want to block all images from "www.host.com"?

            [ Block ]  [ Cancel ]

Currently every time I see an ad I have to "copy image location", paste
somewhere else, see what the hostname is, switch back to mozilla, and then
"block images from server" if it's from a seperate server. That's crazy.

Most users won't understand they are blocking all images from a site, even
necessary ones. That's why the text "block all images from" and showing the
hostname is vital.
