Steps to reproduce:
Firefox control button advertisement text boxes brokenly displayed on Solaris SPARC.
See attached example.
This is similar to: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1888396
E.g. it needs swap color to BE memory format SOMEWHERE...

This is related to following unofficial patch for Bug 1716707 I do use:
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/attachment.cgi?id=9268903&action=diff
Without this patch these text boxes are correct. But everything else is blue... So it should be applied only sometime?! When?

That patch is correct, but there are probably parts of the code that render into an endian-correct byte order, that if you are going to swap at the end, would no longer work. Somebody would need to investigate and correct.

Hello! Thank you for submitting this issue I have tried to reproduce the issue on my end but unfortunately I wasn't able to with firefox 129.0a1(2024-06-12) on Ubuntu 22.04 and Windows 11.
Could you please answer the following questions in order to further investigate this issue?
- Does this issue happen with a new profile? Here is a link on how to create one: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profile-manager-create-remove-switch-firefox-profiles
- Does this issue happen in the latest nightly? Here is a link from where you can download it: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/channel/desktop/
- Do you have any addons installed? If yes could you please list them?
- Could you please provide an HTML file example?

Sorry for the delayed response. I think the main issue here is that SPARC is a big-endian platform, so I don't expect it to be seen on Ubuntu or Windows.
