Steps to reproduce
- Open a page that can be scrolled.
- Activate Autoscroll (middle mouse click).
- Hover over other tabs.
Expected result
- Tab preview is displayed.
Actual result
- Tab preview is not displayed.

WONTFIX. Chrome shows a tab hover preview in auto scroll mode (on Windows, at least), but since Firefox doesn't show tab hover previews when the page context menu is open, James and Misha suggest that we WONTFIX this bug for consistency with our page context menu behavior.
Like Firefox, Chrome doesn't show a tab hover preview when the page context menu is open.
