Actual results:

When using the properties border, backdrop-filter, and transform together inside a flex container, at a certain width, the border stops displaying on some elements.

This is reproducible on macOS on my low-dpi display; on the retina screen, the borders flicker between 1 and 2 device pixels thickness, but don't disappear altogether as readily.

The other thing that's quite noticeable is that when a border drops out, the cell to the right of it acquires a gray fill; see attached screenshot.
