This happens on my Win95/Communicator 4.5 machine, and my Win98/Communicator 4.7
machine.

1.)  Go to the following URL:

https://www.buy.com/corp/ordertracking.asp

The page loads and gives you the Security Information alert that some of the
items on the secure page are insecure.  I have the "Show This Alert Next Time"
option checked.

2.)  Click the Continue button on the alert (at this point, the status bar reads
"41%... 47% of 1k").  Now the crash occurs:
