190121 - Image insert broken

seen on linux commercial trunk build 2003-01-22-05-trunk

-open new composer window
-Click the image insert button
-select an image file to insert through the dialog

tested results:  the image does not appear in the compose window

expected results:  the chosen image is inserted into the compose document

The image is being added with 0px width and height.

I see this on my Mac build from 5pm last night.  Mike Kaply did not see it on
his build from noon yesterday.

My patch for blocking the meta tag refresh in Composer does not seem to be the
culprit.

at 5pm PST
