190129 - don't show ldap addressbooks in "addressbook" Sender picker

Using trunk build 20030119 on winxp, mac osx and linux the drop down list for
address books within the Customize maillist should not show LDAP directories.

1. Launch app, launch mail
2. In Address book add an LDAP directory
3. Select the "People I know" default view and select Edit
4. Expand the list to select which address book you want to use

Result: The LDAP directory is listed 
Expected: The LDAP directory should not be listed per developer.

note, this hides mailing lists and LDAP addressbooks from the UI in filters,
search, and mailviews, which is what we want
