Steps to reproduce:

I have a couple of sites always active in the browser.
browse to a second page on a site
close Firefox (open apps view, tap the app's X button)
open Firefox
tap 'jump in' if that landing page UI shows (sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn't)
otherwise, Fx just opens to last tab

Actual results:

The last browsed-to page does not show; the previous page shows.

Expected results:

The last browsed-to page should show.
