Steps to reproduce:

Opened a random song on https://music.youtube.com/

Pressed 3 times very fast on the Picture in Picture symbold to start PIP.

Actual results:

It opened three times the PIP window and bugged the PIP windout completly out.

All three showed time running.
Only one showed the video running.
If you closed each single one it allways stopped the video.
You needed to close all three to get everything to normal.

Expected results:

Should have only opened one PIP Window or open-> close-> open the window.
