Details

Troubleshooting Information is a long winded and noisy page, with very clear sections. A table of contents with links to those sections would make it easier for users, triagers and support to find needed information. It would also help the average user learn what is available on the page without having to scroll the whole thing. Also, to the average user it is probably an overwhelming wall of text.
