Steps to reproduce

1. Open Fenix App.
2. Go to Settings -> Language
3. Using an external mouse, hover over all listed languages.
4. Observe the behavior.

Expected behavior

All listed languages successfully display a hover state when using an external mouse.

Actual behavior

None of the languages display a hover effect when using an external mouse.

• Firefox version: Firefox Nightly 129.0 (11.06.2024), Firefox Nightly 128 (09.06.2024)
• Android device model/OS: Lenovo Tab P11 Pro (Android 13), Samsung Tab S8 Ultra (Android 12)
