My guess is that this is the css nesting stuff from bug 1835066

Running the regression window with the css nesting turned off via pref gets me to https://hg.mozilla.org/integration/autoland/pushloghtml?fromchange=126361dcaade3460f12fc6fbaaf3166e649fa995&tochange=62534bac923526d52c2d5f377d00bdf2d34b9a05 which points at bug 1835066 which removes the pref.

This is broken as far back FF 100. My guess is that the layout is just broken without CSS nesting support.

Yeah if the page is using CSS nesting without fallback, it's expected to fail on browsers without nesting support... Not much we can do here.
