Steps to reproduce

1. Open Fenix App.
2. Go to Homescreen and focus the search bar.
3. Using an external mouse, hover over search engine/microphone/scan button.
4. Observe the behavior.

Expected behavior

The hover focus is grey and appear in front of the search bar when using an external mouse for search engine, microphone and scan buttons.

Actual behavior

The hover focus in purple and appear behind the search bar when using an external mouse over the search engine, microphone and scan buttons.

Device information

• Firefox version: Firefox Nightly 129 (12.06.2024), Firefox Nightly 128 (09.06.2024)
• Android device model/OS: Lenovo Tab P11 Pro (Android 13), Samsung Tab S8 Ultra (Android 12)

Any additional information?

• This issue reproduces also in both landscape and portrait mode.
• This issue also reproduces when focusing using an external keyboard
