Sync web-platform-tests PR 46716 into mozilla-central (this bug is closed when the sync is complete).

IDBDatabaseGetAllResultSink needs to be associated with the existing
connection's Mojo pipe. On top of that, we can't rely on the
endpoint's disconnection for signaling done-ness.

A WPT is added which serves as a regression test.
