Details
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.15; rv:127.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/127.0
Steps to reproduce:
with the MOTU Ultralite MK3, on the "MOTU Audio setup" application; I select "default stereo output" from "Main 1-2" to "Phones 1-2".
Actual results:
The sound output still comes from "Main 1-2" (contrary to every other application/system sound)
Expected results:
the output should follow the system output set by the driver application and should come from the the headphones when "Phones 1-2" is selected (or any other output), like it always did in previous version; and like it does on every other software.

this is a confirmed firefox problem and a confirmed problem appearing in v127 (I tried reverting to v126 and it works as it should). every other software is following the settings as it should so it's not a sound driver issue. (this is on MacOS 11.6.1; apple silicon version)

Reporter, sorry about that, I think we've fixed it in 128, would you mind trying it? https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/channel/desktop/#nightly has builds that install alongside your regular Firefox.
