`mach static-analysis check` cannot be aborted with Ctrl+C

Details
Once mach static-analysis check begins analyzing files, it is no longer possible to interrupt the process with Ctrl+C (at least on Windows using MozBuild's TTY).
Ctrl+C does interrupt individual file-analyses, but after each is interrupted the next is begun; aborting of a full mach static-analysis check . requires identifying and killing the driving mach process somehow.
