Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to https://www.ozon.ru (or any site with geolocation request)
2. Do not answer on question about geolocation

Actual results:

I can't close notification

Expected results:

I can close notification without answering permission request.

Thanks for filing a bug! This is intended behavior. Effectively users only have two choices "allow" or "block". If we added a dismiss feature e.g. an [x] button that would effectively also be a "block". I understand that these prompts can be annoying. That's why we remember if you click "block" and prevent the site from asking again for that tab. If you choose to remember the block decision via the checkbox the site won't be able to ask again at all.
