1. Reach the payment form on https://www.rakuten.co.jp/
2. Fill in manually all the CC info and submit the form

Expected result

• All CC information filled in the payment form should be captured in the Credit Card save doorhanger and saved on credentials management page

Actual result

• Cardholder name is not captured in the CC doorhanger or stored on credentials management page with the CC expiration date
