Starting with the 1/22 builds, the network stub installer has been horked.
When trying to download XPCOM, it's trying to get it from the URL:
http://not.supplied.com/xpcom.xpi
Obviously, this fails.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download the latest stub installer.
2. Run it.
3. Fill in information and proceed to actuall install.
Actual Results:
The installer fails, unable to download XPCOM from "not.supplied.com".
Expected Results:
The installer should have taken the latest components from the Mozilla FTP server.
