Remember password dialog doesn't have any text in,
has a blank button.
After clicking on Yes, the notice about storing confidential information
is also textless.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to a password protected site (where you haven't remembered
your password using Password Manager)
2. See 'remember password' dialog.
Actual Results:  
Dialog windows with no text in.

Expected Results:  
Windows with right text.
wfm with build 20030123-08 on Win 2k.

Okay, fixed as of 20030123-08
Probably was a StringBundle problem.
