seen on windows 2k commercial build 2003-01-23-04-trunk

-browse any page
-click on File | Save Page As
-select and directory to save to
-ensure web complete is selected then click Save

tested results: the web page is not saved

expected results: the web page is saved with supporting files in the selected
directory
wfm with build 2003012308 on Win 2k.
FWIW: on linux i couldn't save pages yesterday - but building with the patch in
bug 190256 fixed it.
yeah, this might work with the 8am verif builds...
Patch in bug 190256 has been checked in, so this should be fixed.

Based on the comments in bug 190465 this seems like a problem with Windows
installer builds only...  twalker, are you seeing this with non-installer builds?

this might be #190215 (a windows only string bundle regression)
