The detail view has some UI glitches that we should fix:
- the version is not fully right-aligned (in LTR mode)
- the ratings are not fully right-aligned either (still in LTR mode)
I am mentioning LTR mode here because that's what I'm using and I used the term "right-aligned" accordingly, but in reality we want these two things to be "end-aligned" (for both RTL and LTR).
