Details

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.3b) Gecko/20030121 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.3b) Gecko/20030121 In a MailNews message with a link in it, clicking on the link yields extremely slow results. It seems proportional with the speed of the server, so MailNews seems to be waiting for a response from the server while I can't do anything. I'd like to be able to: a) click on link b) watch little loading indicator on tab c) open new tab d) surf elsewhere e) page loads in original tab Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Send a mail to yourself with several links to it. 2. Click on link to relatively slow server. 3. Open up a new tab in your browser window. Actual Results: Watch MailNews stall to open the link, and the link loads in the tab you're now in. Expected Results: MailNews immediately just tells the browser to open the link - so the link shows up in the old tab.
