19041 - View source displays formatted page instead

On the given URL under M11, when 'View Source' is requested either from the
button2 contextual-menu or View|Page Source, the source window opens to display
the formatted page contents as with any normal browser display, rather than the
source display. It also reloads the page from the server; this latter issue, or
both, may be a duplicate of #6119 (the server is providing Last-Modified).

The source window presented, aside from its contents being wrong, looks fairly
normal; further view-source requests on this window open more source windows
containing the formatted version of the page.

The HTML on the page is more or less valid dull-and-boring HTML as produced by
Communicator 4.04; there is no DTD information.

The main issue here is a duplicate.  Marknig as such.

The problem with reloading is that there's no cache yet.  There should be soon,
I think.
