Hello, if I understand the problem correctly, you would like all the downloads to be stored in the same folder, or in the last used folder.

We currently do that by domain, so each domain remembers the last used directory.
If you would like to disable this behavior, you can go to about:config, create a new boolean preference named browser.download.lastDir.savePerSite, and set it to false, then the last download directory will be for any site.
