What account are you referring to? Thunderbird sync?

Yes, they are. Sorry. I didn't explain myself well enough.

Summary: Unable to login, Account synchronisation fails. → Unable to login to Thunderbird sync, Account synchronisation fails.

I can confirm that there is an infrastructure issue at the moment. We are waiting for some changes to the configuration of the server so that it will talk nicely to Thunderbird again. Unfortunately there is nothing I can do to solve it any faster.

I understand.
I'm relieved to hear that, as I thought it was an account-specific problem. Thank you very much.

As we don't yet expect sync to work, I'm going to close this.
